Our Commitment
At Swap, developed by Swap for Digital Platforms LLC, we are committed to maintaining a safe, responsible, and respectful community for all users.
We enforce a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) or Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
Any user who engages in, shares, or solicits such material will be permanently banned, their content removed immediately, and the incident reported to the appropriate authorities.
Prohibited Conduct
Strictly forbidden on Swap:

Uploading, sharing, requesting, or storing any sexualized or explicit content involving minors (real, fictional, or AI-generated).

Using Swap to exploit, groom, or endanger minors.

Engaging in conversations, listings, or swaps that target or involve anyone under 18.
Swap is intended for adults aged 18 and above. Underage accounts are promptly terminated once detected.
Detection, Enforcement, and Cooperation
We actively monitor content through automated systems, human moderation, and user reports.
When CSAE or CSAM is detected or reported:

Content is removed immediately.

Accounts are suspended or permanently banned.

Evidence is preserved for investigation.

Relevant reports are filed with law enforcement and child protection agencies.
We cooperate fully with authorities and comply with lawful data requests to support investigations.
Legal Compliance
Swap complies with:
Google Play’s Child Safety Standards and Age-Restricted Content and Functionality Policy
Egyptian Child Law No. 12 of 1996 (as amended)
International child protection laws, including obligations under the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (Article 34)
Reporting Mechanisms
Users can report any suspicious or harmful behavior through:
The in-app “Report” feature on user profiles, chats, or listings.
Emailing [email protected] (monitored 24/7 for safety issues).
All CSAE-related reports are prioritized and reviewed urgently by our Safety Team.
